Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the Pallet Utopia marketplace ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
Service Description
Pallet Utopia is a B2B marketplace that connects pallet buyers with suppliers. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to the actual pallet sales between buyers and suppliers.
User Accounts
- Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
User Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: Provide truthful and accurate information in all listings and communications
- Compliance: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Prohibited Activities: Do not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
- Respect: Treat other users with respect and professionalism
Prohibited Uses
- Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfering with the proper functioning of the Service
Transaction Terms
All transactions are between buyers and suppliers directly. Pallet Utopia:
- Facilitates connections but is not a party to transactions
- Does not guarantee the quality, condition, or availability of pallets
- Is not responsible for disputes between buyers and suppliers
- Does not provide warranties or guarantees on transactions
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pallet Utopia and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pallet Utopia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pallet Utopia from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees).
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
